Your farm, field by field.
FarmOS keeps crops, watering, sprays, harvests, cold storage, labour, machinery, livestock and sales in one system that runs on your own hosting. Choose only the parts your farm needs.
One system for the whole farm
Fields, stores, people and money in one place, so the owner sees today at a glance and the munshi records work where it happens.

Who FarmOS is for
A cold store, a crop farm and a dairy need different tools. Start with the modules that fit your business and add more when you grow.
See what every field needs today
Draw your farm once. After that, every watering, spray, harvest and job is linked to the field it happened on, so one look at the map tells you where to send people.

- Fertilizer and sprays can come straight out of store stock

Build your package
Every part of FarmOS is a separate module. Tick the ones you want and anything they depend on is added for you. Send the list and we will reply with a quote.
What your team will use
FarmOS screens with sample data from a mixed farm in Punjab.

From first call to first harvest entry
Tell us about your farm
A short call or visit to understand your crops, storage, staff and how you keep records today.
Choose your modules
We suggest a package; you keep only what you need. Nothing extra to pay for.
We install it on your hosting
FarmOS runs on your own domain and server. Your data stays with you.
Train your team
Owner, manager and munshi each learn the screens they use. Most teams are entering data the same week.
Add modules later
Start small. Cold storage this year, labour next season. New modules switch on without losing anything.
Installed on your own hosting
Your domain, your server
FarmOS runs on ordinary cPanel hosting under your own domain. Your records are not kept on someone else's cloud.
Pay for modules, not seats
Add as many users as you like: owner, manager, munshi, accountant, vet.
Roles for every person
Field staff record work but cannot delete. The accountant sees bills, not the spray log.
Questions farm owners ask
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.
Do I have to buy every module?
No. Every module is separate. A cold store can start with Cold Storage alone; a crop farm might start with Farms & Fields, Irrigation and Harvests. Modules that need another one say so, and the package builder adds it automatically.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. New modules switch on in your existing installation and connect to what you already have. Your data is never touched.
Where does FarmOS run? Is my data on your server?
FarmOS is installed on your own hosting under your own domain, for example farm.yourcompany.pk. Your records stay on your server. We can recommend reliable Pakistani hosting if you do not have any.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Every screen works in the phone browser, so the munshi can mark attendance and the manager can log waterings and harvests from the field. No app download needed.
Does it need internet?
It is a website on your hosting, so the phone or computer needs a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection while entering data. It works fine on ordinary 4G.
Does it use acres, kanal and maund?
Yes. Areas can be in acres, kanal, marla or hectares, and harvests in kg, maund, quintal, ton, bags or crates. Bags are totalled by weight using the average bag weight you enter. Amounts are in PKR by default.
