FarmOS Cold Storage gives every lot its own record: depositor, chamber, rack, marka, bags in and bags out. Releases print a numbered gate pass and cannot exceed what is in the lot. Rent is calculated on the bags actually held each day, so part-releases are billed fairly and nothing is billed twice.
At month end, one click bills every rental lot. Receipts are applied to the oldest bills first, and each depositor's page shows billed, received and balance. Temperature readings outside a chamber's limits turn the dashboard red.
