No. Every module is separate. A cold store can start with Cold Storage alone; a crop farm might start with Farms & Fields, Irrigation and Harvests. Modules that need another one say so, and the package builder adds it automatically.

Yes. New modules switch on in your existing installation and connect to what you already have. Your data is never touched.

Yes. Areas can be in acres, kanal, marla or hectares, and harvests in kg, maund, quintal, ton, bags or crates. Bags are totalled by weight using the average bag weight you enter. Amounts are in PKR by default.

As many as you need. Each person gets a role: owner, farm manager, agronomist, veterinarian, inventory manager, accountant, field staff or view-only.

FarmOS is installed on your own hosting under your own domain, for example farm.yourcompany.pk. Your records stay on your server. We can recommend reliable Pakistani hosting if you do not have any.

Yes. Every screen works in the phone browser, so the munshi can mark attendance and the manager can log waterings and harvests from the field. No app download needed.

It is a website on your hosting, so the phone or computer needs a mobile data or Wi-Fi connection while entering data. It works fine on ordinary 4G.

Installation takes a day once hosting is ready. Entering your farms, fields, workers and opening stock usually takes a few days, and we help with the first entries.

Yes. During setup we help load your farms, fields, workers, depositors, animals and opening stock from your existing Excel sheets or registers.

You choose per lot: per bag per month, per ton per month, per bag for the whole season, or a flat monthly amount. Monthly rent is worked out on the bags actually in store each day, so part-releases are billed fairly. Bills continue from where the last one ended.

Yes. Every release gets a numbered gate pass with lot, marka, quantity, vehicle and driver, ready to print. A release larger than what is in the lot is blocked.
